Conference Room Services:

Transparencies for overhead projector, flip charts,
flip chart stand, multi-colored flip chart markers, podium, extension cords/power
strips, laser pointer, standard microphone, legal pads, projection screen and
overhead projector. Ice water, glasses, note pads, pens, individually wrapped
candies and a “Meeting Amenities Kit”: A “business appropriate” container with
an adequate supply of ½” masking tape, paper clips, highlighter marker,
additional pens/pencils, stapler with extra staples, 8.5’x5.5” legal lined pad, staple
remover, post-it notes, rubber bands, scissors and cellophane tape.

Conference Room Services available with 24 hours notice:

Speaker phone, slide projector, TV/VCR, wireless microphone, LCD plate, computer projector.
rear screen projection and portable sound system.

Catering

Holiday Inn Exprees & Quality Inn does not have the capacity to provide catered meals. It
is our practice to provide a list of caterers and their information packets to our
clients. Our clients can then choose the caterer that best meets their particular
needs.
